Helpful hints for our internet users:

If you are experiencing no connection to the network or wifi restart the modem by powering down the devices for several minutes. It will take a full minute for the device to power back up.

If you are experiencing a problem with your desktop or laptop computer connecting to the network after you have tried a restart of the modem, please perform a complete shutdown on the computer. It is a good idea to do this task at least once a week.
